Abstract:
Today's software development organisations are looking for a way to lower their quality cost while preserving or augmenting the quality of their software. Some organisations worry more about the "time-to-market" of their software product to stay ahead of competition.

This seminar will describe an inspection method inspired from Gilb. This method has been optimized through more than 2000 inspections in order to reduce its overhead costs. We will explain how it applies to all document types, from system requirements to source code. We will demonstrate financial advantages of performing inspections as well as its positive outcomes to the culture.
