Scaling Agile Development

Abstract:

One of the major criticisms of agile methods is their inability to scale with a large organization or across multiple organizations such as contractors. In this talk our speaker will discuss his experience with just-in-time software as well as other experiences in applying agile methods in large multi-site, multi-team projects. He will also discuss which rules need to be broken or relaxed in order to deal with human and technological constraints.
