Sponsorship Opportunities

Strengthened by the combination of our respective networks, the SPIN – OSQA program
provides a venue for events that offers our respective members, topical and quality
presentations, and a forum for discussion, on subjects and themes of interest, throughout the
season. Our respective members will benefit from: the professional contacts; the sharing of
knowledge, experiences and interests; and an environment of open and frank discussion, and
exchange of ideas in a convivial atmosphere.

SPIN OSQA sponsorship information for the 2007-08 season:

Sponsorship covers eight sessions throughout the season. As a season sponsor your company
receives the following recognition:

  • company name (with link to website) to appear on all OCRI SPIN OSQA email
    announcements (circulated to a distribution list of 3,000);
  • company logo to appear on all hard copy announcements that are placed at OCRI
    events on the information tables;
  • company logo to appear on the opening powerpoint slide at the beginning of each
    session. Season sponsors will also be verbally recognized by the MC at each session;
  • company name (with link to your website) appears on the SPIN OSQA web page;
  • a ‘profile sponsor’ will be allotted to each season sponsor during the season. At your
    profiled session the MC will read a short paragraph about your organization;
  • 4a ‘profile sponsor’ can bring a corporate table top display or banner stand to their profile
    session;
  • ‘profile sponsors’ may also place a corporate marketing item at each attendee place
    setting (i.e.: pen, coffee mug, etc.);
  • company provided a four complimentary passes at profiled session;
  • company provided one season’s pass to all SPIN OSQA.

Note: Space is limited to eight season sponsors only.
Season sponsorship fee: $2,000.00 + GST.
